Overview
Hyperfyne provides monthly website design and management subscriptions. Because subscriptions involve ongoing work — building, hosting, maintaining, and managing your site — refunds and cancellations are handled differently than a standard product purchase.
This policy applies to all subscription plans. If you have a signed Service Agreement with Hyperfyne, that agreement controls in any conflict with this public policy.
No Setup Fees
Hyperfyne does not charge a setup fee on any plan. Your first payment covers your first month of service only.
12-Month Minimum Commitment
All subscription plans require a 12-month minimum commitment. By starting a subscription, you agree to pay the monthly plan rate for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.
This commitment exists because building a real digital presence — site design, SEO foundation, Google Business setup, and ongoing management — takes sustained effort. Twelve months is the minimum time frame to deliver meaningful results.
Monthly Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe on the same date each month, beginning on the date your plan starts. You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method automatically on each billing date for the duration of your subscription.
Cancellation After Month 12
After your initial 12-month term is complete, your subscription continues on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice sent to hello@hyperfyne.com.
The final month’s payment is non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
Early Cancellation — Within the 12-Month Term
If you cancel before the end of your 12-month commitment, an early termination fee applies.
Early Termination Fee Formula:
50% × (number of months remaining in your 12-month term) × (your monthly plan rate)
Example: A client on the Lead Machine plan ($397/mo) who cancels at the end of month 4 has 8 months remaining. Their early termination fee would be: 50% × 8 × $397 = $1,588.
The early termination fee is due within 14 days of the cancellation date. Work on your site stops when cancellation is confirmed, regardless of whether the fee has been paid.
What Happens to Your Site After Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- 30-day grace period: Your website remains live for 30 days from the cancellation confirmation date.
- Site goes offline: After 30 days, Hyperfyne will take the site offline and hosting will end.
- Your domain: You own your domain. It will not be affected. You may point it to a new site or hosting provider at any time.
- Your content: Any content you provided (text, images, documents) will be available for you to retrieve during the 30-day grace period upon request.
- The design: The website design created by Hyperfyne remains Hyperfyne’s intellectual property after cancellation unless a buyout is completed.
Design Buyout Option
If you want to keep the Hyperfyne-built design after cancellation, you may purchase it outright. Buyout pricing is between $1,500 and $2,500 depending on the scope and complexity of the site, and is quoted at the time of cancellation request.
Upon completed buyout payment, Hyperfyne will provide the necessary files and transfer the design license to you permanently.
Refunds
Because subscription payments cover active hosting, management, and ongoing work performed on your behalf, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
Exceptions may be considered — at Hyperfyne’s sole discretion — only in the following circumstances:
- Hyperfyne fails to launch your site within 30 business days of receiving completed intake materials, with no delay attributable to the client.
- A billing error results in a duplicate or incorrect charge.
To request a refund consideration under either exception, contact hello@hyperfyne.com within 14 days of the charge in question.
If Hyperfyne Terminates the Engagement
If Hyperfyne terminates the engagement for reasons within Hyperfyne’s control and not due to client breach, any prepaid amount for work not yet performed will be reviewed and refunded on a prorated basis.
If Hyperfyne terminates due to client breach (including non-payment, abusive conduct, or violation of the Service Agreement), no refund is owed and the early termination fee may still apply.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe there is a billing issue, contact Hyperfyne at hello@hyperfyne.com before initiating a payment dispute with Stripe or your card issuer. Most billing questions can be resolved faster through direct communication.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Hyperfyne may be considered a breach of the Service Agreement and may result in immediate termination of service.

To cancel your subscription, email hello@hyperfyne.com with your business name and a written statement of cancellation. Your 30-day notice period begins on the date Hyperfyne confirms receipt of your cancellation request.
