Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hyperfyne collects, uses, and handles information gathered through this website and through the process of becoming a client. It covers the contact form, client billing, internal operations, and basic site analytics.

If you sign a Service Agreement with Hyperfyne, that agreement may contain additional terms about how project-related information is handled. In any conflict between this policy and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls.

Hyperfyne collects information in the following ways:

Information you submit directly:

• Contact form submissions, including your name, business name, email, phone number, industry, contact preference, website challenge, and plan interest.
• Communications you initiate by phone, email, or text.
• Information provided during onboarding, including business details needed to build and manage your website.

Payment information:

• Hyperfyne uses Stripe to process monthly subscription payments. Stripe collects and stores your payment card details. Hyperfyne does not store full card numbers or payment credentials. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled: stripe.com/privacy.

Automatic data:

• Basic usage and performance data collected through Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights when you visit the site. Based on Vercel's public documentation, these tools are designed to work without cookies and to store data in anonymized form.

• To respond to contact form submissions and evaluate fit for Hyperfyne's services.
• To process monthly subscription payments through Stripe.
• To build, launch, and maintain your website as part of the service.
• To send internal lead notifications via Resend.
• To send confirmation and transactional emails to you via Resend.
• To operate, monitor, and improve this website.
• To maintain business and client records.
• To protect the site and investigate misuse.

Hyperfyne uses the following third-party services to operate the site and deliver services:

• Vercel — hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring.
• Stripe — monthly subscription billing and payment processing.
• Neon — database storage for contact form submissions and operational records.
• Resend — transactional and notification email delivery.

Each of these providers has its own privacy terms. Hyperfyne shares only the information necessary for each provider to perform its function.

This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These tools are designed to collect anonymized, cookieless performance and usage data. This site does not include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising pixels, or retargeting tags. A cookie consent banner is not currently used because no consent-requiring cookies are deployed.

Normal browser, hosting, and CDN infrastructure may generate technical logs to serve the site reliably.

Contact form submissions and client records are retained as long as reasonably needed to manage client relationships, maintain business records, and support ongoing operations. Stripe retains payment and billing records subject to its own policies and applicable financial regulations.

The site does not include a self-service data management portal. To request review, correction, or removal of your information, contact Hyperfyne directly.

To request that Hyperfyne update or remove information you previously submitted, contact hello@hyperfyne.com. Hyperfyne may retain records reasonably needed for business, legal, billing, or project-related purposes.

Hyperfyne uses reputable service providers and reasonable practices to protect information. No website, database, or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
